There are many reasons why people might lack confidence in themselves. Maybe they were teased as a child, or have always been shy. The Bible tells us that our confidence comes from God. When we trust in Him, we can overcome our fears and doubts. We can be confident that He will never leave us or forsake us.

Sometimes mistakes lead to a loss of confidence in ourselves. But according to the Bible, everyone makes mistakes. We all fall short of God's glorious standard for our lives (Romans 3:23).
